Cancellation and Refund Policy
I hereby release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against the World Shipping Alliance (WSA) and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (the “released parties”), either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the released parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out-of-pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property, which I, my heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter accrue on my behalf, which arises or may hereafter arise from my participation with the activity.

Cancellation and Refund Policy (Hotel Accommodation)
- Cancellation for the individual reservation must be received at least 45 days prior to the expected arrival. Any cancellation made between 15 and 10 days prior to the arrival date will be charged as one night’s accommodation.
- Any changes or modifications in the reservations must be made 45 days prior to the expected arrival not to be charged the stay.
- Any cancellation made between 7 and 10 days prior to arrival date will be charged at 50% for the whole duration of stay.
- Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged at 100% for the whole duration of stay.
- Cancellation for the individual reservation must be received at least 7 days prior to the expected arrival. Any cancellation made less than seven days prior to arrival date will be charged at one night’s accommodation.
- In case of No Show, the room charge of the entire stay will be charged as the cancellation fee for the individual account.
